Jackie strongly believes in the importance of the therapeutic relationship. She enjoys guiding individuals through the process of self-exploration, where clients increase their self-awareness and realize the power they have to make life changes. Some of her favorite work includes helping survivors heal from trauma/PTSD. She helps clients achieve life balance, improve relationships, increase self-confidence and self-acceptance, manage feelings of anxiety and depression, and feel empowered in their lives.
