Gretchen Hamilton has a servant's heart who has dedicated her life to empowering others through counseling. With a career spanning 33 years in the field of education, she has touched the lives of countless students, parents, and colleagues, leaving an indelible mark on the communities she has served. Her journey is a testament to resilience, passion, and an unwavering commitment to personal growth and helping others navigate life's challenges.
Gretchen uses Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused and Reality Therapies when working with clients. She firmly believes that each day brings new opportunities for personal growth. She encourages her clients to embrace change, confront their fears, and view challenges as steppingstones toward a bright future. Her calm, genuine personality makes her easy to talk to and trust.
Gretchen is a LPC-Associate and has worked in education for 33 years, 25 as a School Counselor. She has extensive experience working with children and teens struggling with depression and anxiety, goal setting,and self-confidence.
She has a Bachelor's degree in Special Education and a Masters in Counseling. She is a trained Parent Educator, Trauma and Loss Specialist and Crisis Responder.
